In an effort to encourage more government attorneys to join CSHA, the CSHA Board of Directors has approved a Government Attorneys Initiative Pilot Program. Government attorneys are eligible for membership with dues of $25/year ($200 discount is a reportable gift).

Subsidy: CSHA will provide a subsidy in the maximum amount permitted by the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) to be applied towards the tuition of attending one of our seminars (Fall or Spring).

The FPPC Subsidy Limit through 2012 is $420. The government attorney must report the gift.

Eligible Attorneys: Any attorney from the following agencies: DMHC, DPH, DHCS, DOI or County Counsel.
