Hearing Officer Training and Materials

A core qualification to be eligible to participate in the hearing officer program is that the attorney attend CSHA training programs. Participants are also eligible and are expected to review training resources materials. The training programs cover the broad array of fundamentals, common problems and options for handling hearings, controversial topics that have yet to be resolved, and the latest developments in this rapidly evolving area of California law. The programs also provide unique insight from speakers who are amongst the foremost experts in California peer review.
