Job Description: Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, P.C. is seeking a transactional associate for our Los Angeles, San Francisco or San Diego office. Must have three to five years experience in a variety of transactional matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and dissolution, joint ventures, private offerings and contract negotiations and drafting. Health law experience and knowledge of health care regulatory and transacational issues is preferred but not required. Applicants should have excellent analytical, writing and communication skills and strong academic credentials.
