CSHA’s 2010 Fall Seminar was held Friday November 12, 2010. The Fall Seminar began with the popular Legislative Update, then continued with a panel on Healthcare Reform, a presentation on Labor Law, a discussion of Disruptive Physicians, and finished with a presentation on Age Driscrimination.

CSHA’s first Hearing Officer Program was held on November 13, 2010. Attendees who attended the entire session are now listed on CSHA’s Hearing Officer list. For a description of CSHA’s Hearing Officer Program, please see the Fall 2010 edition of the California Health Law News.
