Since verified completion of the training program is one
requirement for inclusion on the CSHA Hearing Officer Listings,
it is necessary to confirm that the video program has been viewed
in its entirety. To meet this goal, a pop-up will periodically
appear during the various program sessions, which will require
you to record verification codes to confirm that you are actively
participating. At the end of the final video, please complete the
electronic evaluation form. While such forms are typically
important to help evaluate and improve CSHA training programs,
they are especially important here given this new format, so your
completion of the evaluation is required.
