Corporate associate with 1-5 years’ experience to join our Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego or Boston office. The position will involve serving the business needs of health care clients, ranging from emerging digital health companies to large health care systems. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, strong drafting and analytical skills, and a strong interest in health law and policy. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate enthusiasm for analyzing complex healthcare legal and regulatory requirements and their application to health care transactions and business arrangements. This is a unique opportunity to work at a specialized firm in a consistently evolving and interesting area of law, handling a wide variety of matters, ranging from general corporate practice to mergers and acquisitions and other affiliations, and related strategic guidance and regulatory compliance advice. The firm offers flexibility regarding remote work arrangements.

The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $305,000 annually. Actual salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, P.C. offers a comprehensive benefits package as well as discretionary bonuses.
