Hanson Bridgett’s Health Care Section has an opening for a transactional associate in the San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of transactional experience, preferably with a health law background or direct health care or senior care experience. However, exceptional candidates with a general business background will be considered so long as they demonstrate a strong desire to work with hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, home and community-based services such as hospice and home health agencies, and other health/senior care industry providers on a wide range of business, license, regulatory, and operational issues.

Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background, impeccable references and CA Bar membership. Strong research, writing and analytical skills as well as excellent communication skills are required. We seek team players who are practical, take initiative, have strong project management skills, and are seeking a friendly and collaborative environment.
