Leading Los Angeles healthcare/life science law firm seeks an attorney with 3+ years of recent healthcare experience to focus on corporate transactional and regulatory compliance and related work for healthcare and life science providers (hospital, physician groups, behavioral health providers, pharmacies, telehealth, medical device, and other business entities). Candidates should have either strong law firm experience in corporate, finance, and transactional matters or regulatory matters (e.g. healthcare and life science-related law and regulations advisory memoranda, opinion letters, or diligence-related work).

The ideal candidate will have strong writing and communications skills, be a team player, eager to learn, have a keen interest in health and life sciences law, and have the ability to think critically, creatively, and quickly to distill complex information in guiding clients. Experience working on investigations and administrative proceedings is a plus but not a requirement. This is an opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by experienced healthcare/life science, corporate lawyers.

Must be licensed in California. Compensation and benefits will be based upon qualifications and healthcare specific experience, ranging between $170,000 and $220,000.
