We are seeking an attorney with experience in provider-side
healthcare law. Our primary areas of representation include:
Regulatory compliance, licensure and enrollment, Medi-Cal
participation and reimbursement, patient privacy, reproductive
health law, corporate law, non-profit formation and tax issues,
and audit defense. Candidate must have excellent research,
writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and must be
licensed to practice in California. We are open to hiring and
training newly licensed attorneys or working with experienced
legal practitioners in an of counsel capacity. While we maintain
offices in Sacramento, remote or hybrid-remote working
arrangements will be considered, depending on the candidate.

Supervisory Responsibility:
This position will have no direct reports but will supervise
paraprofessional staff on transactions.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those
that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is
regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is
required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and
reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to walk up
and down a short staircase and capable of working in energetic
urban environment with ambient noise from neighboring roads and
businesses.

Travel Requirements / Remote Working:
