WT’s Sacramento office is seeking a full-time Healthcare
Regulatory Associate with two to four years of healthcare
regulatory experience, such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, the
Stark Law, fraud and abuse, reimbursement-related issues,
licensing and enrollment. Candidates should have exceptional
research, writing, and analytical skills with a strong academic
record. Corporate transactional experience with mergers and
acquisitions, purchases and sales, financing arrangements, and
complex commercial agreements are a plus, but not required to be
successful in this position.
WT’s Healthcare Practice Group brings decades of experience,
technical skill, and industry knowledge to every client
engagement. They often serve as general counsel to startups,
established businesses, or private or public consolidators of
various healthcare providers. In addition to serving a broad
spectrum of healthcare clients, WT healthcare lawyers are also
known for their expertise in mergers and acquisitions and
business law.
