firm, is looking for a regulatory associate with 1-3 years of
experience to join its Washington, D.C. office. The position will
support the firm’s robust regulatory and reimbursement practices,
which handles provider reimbursement issues, Medicare Appeals,
Federal litigation under the Medicare Act and APA, licensing and
certification, provider operations, compliance, and graduate
medical education matters.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials, strong writing and oral skills, excellent organizational skills, and strong interest in health law and policy. Candidates with Federal court clerkship experience, other relevant government service, or experience with the Provider Reimbursement Review Board (PRRB) are particularly solicited.
