We are looking for a five-year associate attorney either with experience in health care regulatory matters or eager to learn the managed care regulatory world. The ideal candidate will have (1) strong research and writing skills, (2) experience in health care contracting, including contract drafting and negotiations of payor/provider agreements, administrative services agreements, delegation agreements, etc., (3) regulatory filings and audits, and (4) most importantly, a strong interest in health law and policy.
