Our Health Care Practice Group is seeking to hire a motivated senior-level associate to join either our Albany, Chicago, Los Angeles, Jericho, New York City, or Providence office. This is an excellent opportunity to join Nixon Peabody’s national health care practice, which has been named “Law Firm of the Year” in Health Care Law by U.S. News and World Report. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of health care regulatory experience working on mergers & acquisitions and other business transactions, such as joint ventures and private equity investments, for health care companies and organizations. Experience with healthcare and/or life sciences transactions is required.
Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
