The Senior Counsel will be part of the national Legal Compliance and Regulatory legal team. The position requires a minimum of eight years of legal experience with five years in the specialty areas of hospital and health system legal compliance and regulatory affairs, including Stark and AKS, hospital operations, and physician enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and decision-making skills and judgment. The position location may be fully remote.
