Our Health Care Practice Group is seeking to hire a junior associate to join the team.  The successful candidate can be based in any NP office, including – New York City, Long Island, Chicago, Los Angeles, Providence, or Albany. This is an excellent opportunity to join Nixon Peabody’s national health care practice, which has received numerous national and regional rankings, including by Chambers USA, Legal 500, and U.S. News/Best Law Firms.

The ideal candidate will have approximately one to three years of health care experience working on mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions for health care companies and organizations, and a broad knowledge of general corporate law to work on matters in the areas of private equity, joint venture and M&A transactions.   Experience with healthcare and/or life sciences transactions is required.
