Healthcare law is a rapidly growing area of law with excellent career opportunities for young lawyers. Law firms, corporations and government are eager to find quality students with an interest in healthcare law.

The California Society for Healthcare Attorneys is pleased to afford these future attorneys the opportunity to pair with a volunteer member attorney who can impart valuable and practical knowledge, wisdom and experience about healthcare law.  We welcome mentors from all practice environments, including large and small firms and corporations, government agencies, academia, research, public interest organizations, and more.

The Mentor Program

What We Do – Connect you with a current law student in your area.

What You Do – Get together with your mentee for lunch, coffee or just a few phone calls or emails. The amount of time and effort involved depends solely on you and your mentee.

What You Get – The opportunity to “give back” by helping prospective attorneys learn and understand what to expect from today’s health law environment.
