At CSHA, we are committed to fostering a culture that values individuals with diverse backgrounds, talents, experiences, and perspectives across all levels of our organization.
To better understand the composition of our membership and leadership, CSHA conducted its first-ever voluntary and anonymous member demographic survey in 2025. We are pleased to share the survey data to promote transparency and awareness.
CSHA plans to conduct this survey annually at the Annual Meeting to track diversity trends over time. By gathering and reviewing this data year after year, CSHA leadership aims to better understand the diversity within our organization and measure our progress toward creating an inclusive environment for all members.
