The training program, offered in Los Angeles in June 2017, was recorded to create a video for future training purposes and includes both the video presentations and written materials. All of these written materials are available on the CSHA website. While the general reference materials are valuable, at a minimum, we recommend that you download the core curriculum provided by the speakers before viewing the videos, to better follow the presentations and occasional references to those materials by the speakers.

PROGRAM COMPLETION

Since verified completion of the training program is one requirement for inclusion on the CSHA Hearing Officer Listings, it is necessary to confirm that the video program has been viewed in its entirety. At the end of the final video, please complete the electronic evaluation form. While such forms are typically important to help evaluate and improve CSHA training programs, they are especially important here given this new format, so your completion of the evaluation is required.
